This antibody is raised against the 64 C-terminal amino acids of the human sorLA receptor.
Works fine for detection of full-length sorLA from transfected cells by standard Western blotting, dilution 1:1000.
Is also able to detect endogenous sorLA by immunohistochemistry for parafin sections from human embryonic tissue.
