Just tested anti-neuropilin-2 together with anti-neuropilin-1 on mouse hippocampal neurons. P0. 14 DIV. Formaldehyde fixed.
Dilution 2 ug/ml.
Excellent surface staining and staining of what appears to be dendritic spines.

We used anti-neuropilin-2 for Western blots on a number of human cell lines and mouse primary cultures.
We obtained the best signal in mouse primary hippocampal neurons and in rat RN22 cells. The antibody appears highly specific and only recognized 1-2 bands of the predicted molecular weight of full lenght neuropilin-2 and a truncated splice variant.
The antibody was also used for immunofluorescense on mouse hippocampal neurons and astrocytes. Staining was nice and surface localized.
Generally, expression pattern and subcellular localization appeared to be similar to what was observed using anti-neuropilin-1 from R&D.
Western blot concentration: 0.1 ug/ml
Immunostaining: 5 ug/ml
