We have used this antibody (1:1000) on mouse liver membrane preps (50 µg). The antibody detects 4 bands around the expected size of 100 kDa. ApoER2 has been reported a target of PCSK9 induced degradation, and one of the bands is down regulated by PCSK9, however, the signal is very weak.

This antibody gives an intense IF staining in both HepG2 cells transfected with PCSK9 and untransfected HepG2 cells. The antibody stains an area of the cytoplasm more intensely than the rest of the cell.
