Anti-AID tag antibody (IAA17)

Mouse monoclonal antibody detects 25 kDa Auxin Inducible Degron (AID) tag. Working dilution for western blotting 1:1000, overnight incubation in 5% milk/PBST. Works OK for whole cell lysate (HeLa and HEK293 cells), however with some nonspecific background. Dilution of secondary antibody 1:5000 in PBST.
