Tested on hippocampal cryosections from a perfusion fixed mouse. Prior to immunohistochemistry, the tissue was target retrieved using DAKO antigen retrieval s1699.
This antibody showed high signal and relatively low noise when using a dilution of 1:250. the antibody was also tested at dilutions of 1:100 and 1:500.
