Rrp40 (EXOSC3) Antibody, Rabbit polyclonal, ProteinTech, 15062-1-AP.
Western blot dilution 1:2000 and overnight incubation at 4°C, I mainly use this antibody for detecting RRP40 in HeLa cells extract. Specific signal: ~ 30 kDa and two nonspecific bands at ~ 60 kDa and 100 kDa. The antibody can be reused several times.

Use for WB at dilution 1:1000-1:1500. Detects ~30 kDa and two additional background bands. The antibody can be reused.
