Anti-Mouse IgG–Peroxidase antibody produced in goat, Sigma Aldrich
I have used GAM-HRP for detection in ELISA of bound diabodies expressed from HEK 293T cells. It works very good in ELISA, giving specific and high signals.
It was used diluted 1:1000

Used in western blotting at a concentration of 0.20 ug/mL with good results. Very low background observed and specific detection.
Used in ELISA to detect bispecific diabodies together with anti-FLAG (Sigma-Aldrich) and anti-myc (Sigma-Aldrich). Very good and specific results were obtained with very low background. Used at a concentration of 1 ug/mL.
