Anti Human IgG1 (mouse monoclonal, dilution 1:500, product code: m1325, made by Sanquin Peliclass, Leiden, The Netherlands)
Tested for immunofluorescense staining on 5 µm frozen, Aceton fixed human brain material as secondary antibody against VHH-pa2H-Fc (which is an hIgG-Fc tagged llama single domain antibody fragment (VHH) directed against amyloid beta depositions).
Worked very well as a secondary antibody in this IF staining.
