Used for western in 1:1000 in 5%milk o/n on rotation at 4 degrees.
Signal was very poor with a lot of unspecific binding. Re-using the antibody-milk solution on a second blot gives better results (less unspecific binding). Solution is stored at – 20 degrees.
When using this antibody i usually load double concentration of protein samples on my westerns. e.g if load normally used= 0.2 Bradford units/10 uL, 0.4 B.U/10uL is loaded to increase signal.
