1:1000 dilution used, incubation over night at 4°C. Samples: ‘Dirty’ total protein extracts of plant roots (Lotus japonicus).
Worked well. Only a single (faint) unspecific band. I went on to use this antibody in a ChIP-seq experiment, but I haven’t got the results for that experiment yet.
