I have used this antibody for detection of phospho-MAPK in lysates (50 ug total protein) of unstimulated and NT3-stimulated starved rat Schwann cells. It works great as I only see bands in the stimulated cells. Dilution 1:1000 of stock.

This antibody worked very well for detecting differences in ERK 1/2 phosphorylation following stiumulation with BDNF of Sorcs2/trkB transfected SY5Y-cell lines. There was however also faint bands in the nonstimulated cells.

I have used this antibody for IHC on Insulin-stimulated HEK293 cells as well as BDNF-stimulated hippocampal neurons. Works great! Showed high signal intensity and almost no background in the negative control. Dilution 1:250.
