This antibody works very well in WB. I have used it to detect endogenous SorLA in HepG2 cells. It detects 2 bands at around 250 kDa in these cells. Dilution 1:1000.

This antibody is excellent for WB of SorLA. I used it diluted 1:1500 for murine adrenal gland membrane preparations. Tissue from the SorLA KO mouse was used as control.

I have tested fragments of SorLA aa1-731, and aa1-2107 in WB. LR11 ab only detects the heavier fragment (1-2107) as expected. 1:1000.
(ab is raised against Human LR11 aa. 1220-1337)

This antibody (raised against Human LR11 aa. 1220-1337) works excellent in detection (western blotting) of mSorLA. The antibody is verified in tissue from SorLA WT and KO. It detects 2 bands, 1 at 250 kDa and a heavier variant (currently being investigated). I used dilution 1:1000.
