Llama antibody fragment (VHH) pa2H against amyloid beta 1-40/1-42. The antibody fragment is very effective in staining amyloid beta depositions in human frozen brain tissue, both IF and IHC (http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2891162) at concentrations below 0.5 ng/ul. It can be used in vivo as well (http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3366949). Seems not to work very well on parafin embedded tissue, nor on western blot.
The nice thing about VHH in general is that it is possible to produce as much as you need in a standard e.coli protein production, or scale production up in yeast cultures.
