Works well with western blot

Immunostaning: 1:250 stain was average, it was not clear.
Westernblot
We used it detect very low amount of phospo-EGFR in protein extracted from two day old primary pancreatic acinar cell culture (Mouse). We got clear band, without any background. We have different pEGFR antibodies, But for this experiment this antibody worked perfectly.
