Works very well for Western Blot analysis and Immunofluorescence.
For Western blot 1:1000 dilution is used. An unspecific band is visible at 100kDa though. For Immunostaining we got clear signals using a 1:100 antibody dilution. Specifcity was confirmed by immunofluoresence staining of BRMS1-depleted cells.
