monoclonal anti c-Ski antibody that works well in WB in HEK293FT, SHEP and DU-145 cells (human). As a positive control we overexpressed the protein and the antibody detects this overexpression. I believe it also works well in immunocytochemistry(human cell lines above and mouse dissociated brain culture).
