Works great for Western at 1:2000 dilution (5% milk block) and for immunofluorescence of adult mouse brain tissue at 1:250 (0.5% milk block). Tissue was fixed with 10% formalin overnight, dropped through sucrose, and cut at 50 microns. For IP, Western, and immunofluorescence we have confirmed specificity with mouse Clu-/- control tissue.
