Kernohan et al. used this antibody in MethodsX 2014. The figure from the paper shows confocal images of dual labelled DNA FISH in fixed mouse brain sections. (a) Example of field of view of neonatal mouse brain. Each cell has two foci per probe marking the two alleles. (b) Example of a collapsed image showing nuclear DNA foci and (c) its corresponding three dimensional rendering conducted with the Volocity software package. This data can be used to measure relative distances, signal volume or number of foci within the cell.

Goat polyclonal anti-mouse IgG-Alexa-488 – Invitrogen/Life Technologies/Thermo Scientific (Cat. No. – A-11001).
Worked well on frozen human skin sections (50-micrometer thick) in 1:1000 for 3 hours.

Secondary antibody works very well for all immunofluorescence techniques. Used on fixed brain sections (fixed in 4% PFA) at 1/1000.
