Stains a subset of primary DIV12 mouse hippocampal neurons. Nice and apparently specific GABARAP staining is observed in vesicular structures in the soma and distinct processes. The appearance of the staining was as for STJ40315 but the signal was weaker.
Dilution 7.5 ug/ml
Neurons were fixed in 4%PFA, blocked in 10% FBS and permeabilized in 0.1% TritonX100
