Polyclonal rabbit to HSPA8 (STJ62572)seems to work for immunofluorescence staining on human SHSY-5Y and HEK293 cells. It gives some clear staining in the cytoplasm, but I expected some nuclear staining as well. The specificity to HSPA8 should be further clarified.
I used it in a 1:100 dilution, for 1 hour at room temperature. The cells are PFA fixed and permeabilized with 0.25 % saponin.
