Antibody tested on HEK293 cells, stably transfected with mCheery-tagged protein. As a control non-transfected HEK293 cells were used. Good and clear signal in case of positive cells and no signal detected in control cells. Good antibody for immunostaining and microscopy detection of mCheery-tagged proteins.
As a secondary antibody goat anti-rabbit AlexaFluor488 (1/350) was used.
