We used the SMARCAL1 antibody at 1:100 dilution for IHC staining of human kidney paraffin sections. The SMARCAL1 antibody gives a nice staining in the cell nucleus of podocyte cells in glomeruli (see image above where SMARCAL1 is green and the podocyte marker WT1 (Dako) is red). We also found nuclear staining in other renal cells.
