This SorCS2 mAb was produced in the Laboratory of Professor Anders Nykjær, Aarhus University.
It does not work for capture or detection in ELISA.
The image above shows different SorCS2 mAbs used at 10 ug/ml concentration for coating in 0.1 M NaHPO4 on Nunc Maxisorp plates. Each of first three descending wells are coated with the same mAb (1=M1, 3=M3, 4=M4 etc.) and captures 1 ug/ml purified SorCS2 extracellular domain. Rabbit polyclonal SorCS2 F7100 (1 ug/ml) is used for detection.
