We used it on cryosections of PFA-fixed sciatic nerves from three days old mice.
Dilution 1 ug/ml
The two images above show expression of BDNF in control and 24 hours after ligation of sciatic nerve from perinatal mice.
BDNF immunoreactivity is increased proximal to the ligation as previously reported in Tonra et al. J Neurosci 1998
