This is a polyclonal rabbit anti-synaptopodin antibody raised against a C-terminal peptide of human synaptopodin. I have used it for western blotting of mouse kidney homogenates, where it gives a weak, but detectable band signal of the predicted size of 103 kDa (diluted 1:1500). I also used the antibody for IHC staining of murine kidney paraffin sections (diluted 1:300), where podocytes are beautifully stained. Great antibody for IHC!
