I have used this antibody for immunofluorescence in a dilution of 1:800. This antibody works so well for me.

I have used this antibody to do western blot on mouse frozen tissue. I have incubated with this antibody (1:5000) at 4 °C over night, then with secondary antibody at room temperature for 1 hour. The antibody gives nice band with almost no background.

I’ve used this antibody for DAB and immunofluorescence in fixed mouse brain (both cryosectioned and vibratomed), and it consistently works well, with high signal and low noise. I’ve also used for Western blot analysis in mouse cortex and cerebellum, and the antibody gives one band at the specified molecular weight with no background/non-specific bands.

This was tested on adult mouse brain cryo sections at a concentration of 1:500. This worked very well.

I have used this antibody for immunofluorescence on adult mouse brain cryosections.
It works well, with positive cells clearly defined. Also stains many punctae in the layers of hippocampus.
