Excellent also for IHC. I used the antibody for IHC staining of murine kidney paraffin sections (diluted 1:1000), where albumin uptake by proximal tubule (PT) cells is beautifully stained. The pictures above are from a mouse model of nephrotic syndrome where IHC was made with fluorescence (albumin is green and the megalin receptor is stained red) or with peroxidase (only albumin). When we use the antibody for Western Blotting, we get nice reaction in murine as well as human urine and kidney homogenate samples (diluted 1:5000).

Excellent antibody for Western blotting. We used mouse liver homogenates as samples on reduced gels.
Dilution 1:4000
