A excellent antibody for Western blots. I have diluted this antibody 1:10.000 and still get a very high, specific signal from HepG2 cells. The antibody solution can be reused several times.

I routinely use this antibody as a western blotting loading control in a dilution of 1:5000. It gives a very strong band when using 10 ug cell lysate. I have tried it on rat cell cultures and human cell cultures as well as mouse primary neurons.

I tried this antibody in a 1:1000 dilution in immunoprecipitation of Human b-actin (SY5Y-cells), with poor results. however, it works great for westernblotting in a 1:3000 solution, and can easily be reused.

Great antibody in Western blotting. Very high signal. In our Western blotting imaging system, we get a strong distinct within seconds.
Works also on stripped membranes. The diluted used antibody can also be frozen and used again.
