I tested Rabbit anti DRD2 Polyclonal antibody from Proteintech with the catalog number 55084-1-AP. This antobody detected the dopamine receptor D2 in homogenate from mouse VTA and striatum very nicely. Moreover it seems like the antibody detects polymerised receptors also, as some heavier bands also was detected.
I used a 1:1000 concentration and incubated overnight at 4 degrees
