This antibody also works for IP of human SorCS1, but is less efficient compared to HPA011948, AF3457 or nbp1-86096. 1 ug/IP on GammaBind beads Sepharose-G.
I have recently got info from the company, that the antibody is raised against PYQDPAGENKRSTDDC, i.e. 1038-1052aa of SORCS1. I can confirm that it does not detect the N-terminal part of the protein, but only the c-terminal part in western blots.
