This antibody was used to stain CHO-cells stable expressing mouse SorCS1 variant c. The membrane of CHO/mSorCS1c and CHO stain in a dotted pattern and the two cell types look similar ved 1:100.
Note that this antibody is rasied against SorCS1 variant a, I have not tested it for other variants than SorCS1 c which should be negative. however, the background staining in CHO-cells was high.
