This antibody is an old antibody (homemade??) and stored in -20 degrees. It was used to stain CHO-cells stable expressing mouse SorCS1 variant c. The membrane of CHO/mSorCS1c and CHO stain in a dotted pattern and the two cell types look similar ved 1:100
