This antibody against Parvalbumin was tested on hippocampal neurons in culture as well as DAB staining and fluorescent staining of tissue. Staining of cells in culture showed relative high levels of background at concentration 1:1000. Staining of tissue showed only very weak staining at a concentration of 1:250. This has noot been tested on WB or IP.
