Anti-CGRP: mouse monoclonal antibody (IgG1) from Sigma (clone- 4901; Cat. No. – C7113)
Used on frozen 50-micrometer thick human skin sections.
Worked in 1:250 dilution over night (immunofluorescence) with positive stainings of unmyelinated C-fibers, both in epidermis and dermis of the skin. However, there was high background even with 10% serum blocking for 3 hours and 1:1000 dilution of secondary antibody.
