  • I have used this antibody for many years to verify the expression and purity of flag-tagged proteins. Never had problems of background.

  • I have used this antibody in 293 cells transfected with a protein containing a FLAG-tag in the N-terminus. It works great in both WB and IF (dilution 1:1000)

  • anti-FLAG® M2 mouse mAb Sigma-Aldrich F1804
I have used anti-FLAG in western blotting to detect bispecific diabodies (along with anti-myc), and it works perfectly. Low background and very specific detection of FLAG taged antibodies was observed. Furthermore it was possible to detect a difference in expression levels of the two chains of the diabody.
    Used as 1:4000 [0.25ug/mL].

  • I have used this with great succes for quantifying expression of FLAG-tagged Rab27B using Western blot. Also, I have looked upon binding partners to FLAG-tagged Rab27B through IP.
