I have used this antibody to detect murine progranulin in plasma and medium from murine hematopoetic cells. It detects a band at 80-90 kDa as indicated in the product sheet. There are also weaker bands in plasma samples. I have used af2557 at 1:1000 in milk based buffer systems.

This antibody works perfectly to detect PGRN with WB and ICC. For WB I use a concentration of 0.5 µg/mL and for ICC use 5 µg/mL as recommended by R&D.
I was unable to perform IP successfully so far though.
