This antibody was produced in Sokac lab at UIUU. It works very well for WB (diluted 1:5000) of lysates from WT embryos.
It recognizes both cofilin and phosphorylated cofilin, and was used together with anti phos-cofilin Ab sc-12912-R from Santa Cruz.
