Used on (frozen) human PBMCs in a 10 color flow panel on LRS-Fortessa.
Recommended use: Titrated as a single stain to use 2.5µL
Can easily distinguish +/- populations and measure the MFI.
Lower concentrations can be used to destinguish +/- but then saturation is not reached, thus MFI can not be used.
Samples are blocked using 10% human AB serum and stained fifty/fifty in PBS with 1% BSA and Brilliant Stain Buffer (BD horizon), and fixed in 0.9% formaldehyde. Compensated on OneComp eBeads (Thermofisher Scientific)
