Sample: Rat brain tissue (P21). Calyx of Held in the medial nucleus of the trapeziod body.
Fixation: 4% PFA perfusion
Dilution: 1:200
Performance: Very sparse signal.
Antibody works very nicely for ICC. We use rat and mouse primary neuronal cultures, PFA fixation and antibody incubation over night at 4°C. 1:500 dilution of recommended reconstitution.
