Antibody works very good for ICC. Was used to enhance signal from tdTomato. Though, the anti -RFP-X4 varient with two clones worked better.
Was used in organotypic slice cultures, PFA fixation and antibody incubation over night at 4°C or 1h at room temperature. 1:250-1:500 dilution of recommended reconstitution.
