Nanobodies work very good for ICC. Was used to enhance signal from tdTomato. We observed no background.
Was used in organotypic slice cultures, PFA fixation and antibody incubation over night at 4°C or 1h at room temperature. 1:250-1:500 dilution of recommended reconstitution.
