Endicott et al., BMC Res Notes describe the validation of twenty-three commercial antibodies raised against Collagen VI. This antibody was one of the best performing antibodies for detecting epitopes with high molecular weight collagen VI. This antibody was used IHC 1:100 and wb 1:1000.
