Short protocol:
1:5000 dilution
Used as secondary antibody for western. The membrane was incubated with the secondary antibody in 5% low fat milk powder in PBS-T for 1 h at RT on a shaker. 4×5 min washing steps were then carried out. To visualize the proteins, ECL+ Plus Western Blotting detection System (GE Healthcare) was used according to the manufacturers recommendations
