Marker for proliferating cells in the G1, S, M phase of the cell cycle. I have used the antibody detection of proliferating cells in the dentate gyrus of the hippocampus in mice.
IHC, Cryo, coronal brain sections
Tested at concentrations 1:100, 1:500 and 1:1000, +/- Antigen retrieval.
Prefered concentration 1:500 + antigen retrieval (High signal to noise!)
