Anti-human CD8, PB conjugated mAb, clone DK25, DAKO #PB984
Was used in antibody coctail with anti-CD4 mAb (BD Bioscience) to stain and sort CD8 positive T cells from peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs).
Protocol in sort: 5uL antibody was diluted in 100uL facs buffer and used to stain 10*10^6 cells for 30 minutes at 4 degrees.
Works very fine with high intensity signals.
