This antibody (lot # I0808) produces a signal of expected size (just below the 37 kDa marker band), as well as a number of bands of higher molecular weight, in HEK293 cells transiently transfected with Mas receptor compared to mock transfected cells.
WB dilution 1:1000
The antibody also gives a nice IF signal in Mas receptor transfected HEK293 cells compared to untransfected cells.
