This antibody works well for detection of soluble SorCS2 in ELISA using 1 µg/mL when capture antibody is rabbit anti-human SorCS2 extracellular domain (F7100).

This antibody works really well in as capture antibody in ELISA (10 µg/mL) detecting purified soluble SorCS2. As detector antibody I have used purified anti-SorCS2 F7100 but other antibodies works e.g. mouse m9 though with lower signal and higher background as a result.
Used for ICC at 3 µg/ml concentration in 4% PFA fixed RN22 and HEK293T cells stably expressing SorCS2 variants, blocked w/ 1% BSA in PBS, stained O/N at 4C; secondary was Do-a-Sh-Alexa568. Worked fine in expressing cells, w/ very low/no background in non-expressing cells. Very specific, and sufficiently (but not extremely or overly) sensitive. Better at ICC than F7100 (http://pabmabs.com/wordpress/?p=22) in my hands in my opinion.
