We used this antibody for IHC-labeling of human breast cancer tissue. We scored labeling intensity, and the antibody was useful for this purpose.
The antibody was used at 1:1000 ON. The tissue was PFA-fixed, embedded in paraffin, cut at 3 um, and target retrival was performed in TEG-buffer (Tris/EGTA). The secondary antibody was used at 1:200 and developed with DAB for 1 min 45 sec.
