Nice antibody to detect GABARAP-I and -II. Non-lipidated form much stronger but lipidated form also detectable. They run around 16, 14 kDa. I had some problmes with dots on the blot, that can be avoided my filtering and incubating 2 h at room temperature instead of 4C over night. Specifity was confirmed with RNAi knockdown.
Use 1:2000, can be reused several times
