We have tried this phospho-Ret antibody in cells transfected with human Ret stimulated with various GDNF concentrations.
We checked that GDNF-induced Ret phosphorylation indeed took place by IP of Ret and then WB using anti-pTyr.
We also tried neuroblastoma cells expressing endogenous Ret with no success.
The concentration recommended by R&D Systems (0.5 ug/ml) was used in both cases.
